Tapatio Blanco 110 Proof is a tequila specially designed to be used in cocktails, as its intense aromas and flavors remain instead of getting covered by the other ingredients. However, it is very gentle and can be sipped and savored neat or on the rocks. At the max alcohol content of 55% allowed by the standard for tequila, this blanco has well define aromas of raw agave, white pepper, citrus, and mint.
